R-TUBER is designed as a simple recording tool for people who want to make PNGTuber-style videos on a phone or tablet.
Core idea: create or import a character, record, play, stop, keep the video.
Not a social network
The core R-TUBER experience does not require a public R-TUBER profile, follower feed, comments or direct messaging.
Sharing is separate
R-TUBER creates a video. Families can then decide whether and where that video is shared using the device and other services.
Permissions
Recording features may require microphone, screen-recording and Photos permissions. Where the operating system restricts a capture route, R-TUBER should explain that rather than pretending it worked.
